Lucas "LJAME$" Millan is a 30-year-old executive, music artist, and event producer based in San Jose, California. With over a decade of deep-rooted experience in the Bay Area's creative ecosystem, Millan has established himself as a premier architect of community-driven artistic innovation and industry operations.
As an operational strategist, Millan manages and runs operations for the acclaimed musical collective Peach Tree Rascals. His leadership ensures the seamless execution of the group's logistics, show bookings, and brand management, balancing complex industry operations with a sharp creative vision.
In tandem with his work within the music industry, Millan is the sole owner and visionary behind The Coterie Den, a premier multimedia creative hub established in late 2021 in San Jose's historic Japantown. Under his direction, the multi-functional space has evolved into a powerhouse for local culture, offering a recording studio, video/photography sets, artist development services and a community space for creatives to turn their craft into a career. Balancing his background in the tech sector with his passion for the arts, Millan bridges the gap between infrastructure and imagination, relentlessly empowering emerging talent and establishing sustainable blueprints for independent creatives.
